Shipping of Domes
If domes are not in stock generally it takes about 8 weeks to ship to a client. We use several shippers and shipping services. Depending on the size and the final destination will determine which method of shipping will be used.
Domespaces products have a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase and the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The length of the warranty may vary by product. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of the initial retail purchase and is not transferable.
Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.
Please refer to your product for the exact terms and conditions of the limited warranty for your purchase. The warranty included with your purchased product is your exclusive warranty.
If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact us for instructions.
Orders can be placed at any time. Our handling times are 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) with a cut-off time of 2pm EST Monday to Friday, any order after this time will be handled the next business day. Your order will take 4 to 7 business days for transit, which will be done through Free Economy Shipping. We ship exclusively within the U.S. We do not support international deliveries.
The majority of our orders are delivered via third-party large freight carriers. If any part of your order uses this method, we'll reach out to arrange a curbside delivery slot. Ensure your phone number is accurate during checkout.
Once you order, you'll get a confirmation email. This indicates we've received the order and your payment method is authorized. We spring into action as soon as your order comes in!

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
