Address and Order Changes

Order Cancellations

Placing Orders

  • Orders must be placed through our website. We do not accept phone orders for security reasons.

Rescheduled Delivery

  • All deliveries require a signature.
  • If you’re unavailable, the courier will leave a notice to reschedule or update the delivery address.

Delayed Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, wait an additional 3 days.

Damaged Orders

  • Notify us within 24 hours if your order arrives damaged.
