Shipping policy

At The Imperial Luxe, we strive to deliver your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible.

Order Confirmation:

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. This indicates that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the transaction. Upon order receipt, we promptly check with our suppliers to confirm the availability of stock for immediate shipment.

Shipping Fees: 

At The Imperial Luxe, we offer free U.S shipping on all items available on our site. Shipping is currently limited to the United States; international shipping options are not available.

We offer a wide range of products from a number of different manufacturers. This means our orders ship from multiple locations across mainland US and are shipped by varying freight providers dependent on specific order requirements. Considering this, orders containing multiple products from different manufacturers may arrive separately. Our freight providers where necessary, will endeavour to contact customers before delivery to ensure appropriate delivery timing. 

Shipping Process

Our shipping process is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

1) Handling time: is typically between 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
2) Transit Time: once your order is ready and has left the warehouse, the transit time is 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

2PM EST Mon-Fri is the cut-off time for order processing. One business day will be added to estimated delivery time where orders are processed after 2PM EST.  

Shipping Delivery Time:

The total delivery time for your order is the sum of the handling time and the transit time. Please note that our estimated shipping timelines do not include handling or production time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. This offer may be subject to change according to specific promotional details and conditions.

Lost Shipments / Damaged Shipment:

At The Imperial Luxe, we only work with reputable freight providers but we are aware that accidents do happen and damage to deliveries may be incurred during shipping. Nonetheless, it is your responsibility to inspect all shipments upon delivery and to refuse delivery of damaged shipments. We will either arrange a refund or send a replacement item after due processing. The case is the same for lost shipments. In cases where shipments shows slight signs of damage please make this clear on the signing note. We most be notified of damage within 1 business day in order to investigate.

Tracking Information:

We also provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. You will receive this tracking number via email.

The majority of our orders are dispatched through one of our third-party freight carriers. If your order includes an item shipped via freight carrier, our team will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Ensure that you provide the correct phone number during checkout.

Note: Shipping is restricted to only 48 contiguous U.S. states.
