Address and Order Changes

- Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is shipped.
Order Cancellations

Placing Orders
- Orders must be placed through our website. We do not accept phone orders for security reasons.
Rescheduled Delivery
- All deliveries require a signature.
- If you’re unavailable, the courier will leave a notice to reschedule or update the delivery address.
Delayed Orders
- If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, wait an additional 3 days.
- If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@theimperialluxe.com.
Damaged Orders
- Notify us within 24 hours if your order arrives damaged.
- Send photos of the damage and your order number to support@theimperialluxe.com for assistance.
