Use bio-ethanol fuel refined from renewable resources. It burns without smoke, soot, or odor and produces beautiful 12" flames, transforming your fireplace into a functional piece of art.
Warranty:
- The Bio Flame fireplaces are guaranteed 5-year parts and labor. The warranty begins on the date of purchase. Items that are deemed (un-fixable) will be replaced with the same or similar model.
- Warranty will be applied on presentation of a dated receipt and is strictly limited to factory service repair of the piece or pieces that are found to be defective.
- Installation costs will not be reimbursed in any case as damages for any reason whatsoever.
- The manufacturer will not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential defects, on goods or individuals.
- The warranty will not be applied if devices have been subjected to abnormal use or if used under other conditions of use than the ones they were intended for.
- The warranty will not apply in the case of deterioration or accident due to negligence, damages caused by failing to maintain and service the device, or resulting from an alteration of material.
When will my order arrive?
Orders can be placed at any time. Our handling times are 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) with a cut-off time of 2pm EST Monday to Friday, any order after this time will be handled the next business day. Your order will take 4 to 7 business days for transit, which will be done through Free Economy Shipping. We ship exclusively within the U.S. We do not support international deliveries.
The majority of our orders are delivered via third-party large freight carriers. If any part of your order uses this method, we'll reach out to arrange a curbside delivery slot. Ensure your phone number is accurate during checkout.
Once you order, you'll get a confirmation email. This indicates we've received the order and your payment method is authorized. We spring into action as soon as your order comes in!

- Retaining original packaging.
- Free of custom modifications, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Only products in NEW condition are eligible for return. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use.

- Customer-Paid Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons such as changes of mind, fit issues, or finding a better price.
- The Imperial Luxe-Paid Shipping: We cover return shipping costs in cases of:
