The unit utilizes a three-stage air purification system consisting of a reusable foam pre-filter, industrial-grade electronic cells, and a honeycomb carbon post filter. The washable electronic cells remove airborne particles with up to 99.3% efficiency, while the activated carbon filter helps eliminate odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Designed for quiet operation, the DesignAir P600 includes a three-speed fan capable of producing up to 430 CFM. Heavy-duty casters make it easy to move between rooms, while the reusable filters help reduce long-term maintenance costs by minimizing the need for expensive replacement filters.

Featuring a 1/25 HP motor with sleeved bearings, the DesignAir commercial air cleaner delivers a quiet operation at 49 decibels (low) to promote a comfortable environment. This smoke eater also has a three-speed air controller that is capable of producing up to 430 CFM at the highest setting. Weighs approximately 54 pounds, the DesignAir P600 industrial air cleaner is fitted with heavy-duty casters that allow you to easily roll the unit from room to room. It has an overall dimension of 14-5/8″ W x 15-7/8″ D x 25-1/2” H and a Black powder-coated finish that goes with any interior layout or furniture.

The Ultimate Air Filtration System

One of the best air filtration systems on the market, the DesignAir P600 smoke eater uses a three-stage purification process to eliminate air contaminants that cause discomfort. Air first enters the foam Pre-Filter which captures large particles like dust and hair. This filter is reusable and helps prolong the life of the succeeding filters. Next, the industrial-grade Electronic Cells get rid of the small airborne particles such as smoke, germs, and allergens with up to 99% efficiency rate. This washable filter features an ionizing section that electrically charges the individual air particles and a collector plate which attracts the pollutants. Designed to last for years, the electronic cells can be used repeatedly and can be cleaned using a special filter detergent (sold separately). The final filtration stage consists of the granular Carbon Post Filter with a honeycomb design that effectively absorbs strong smells and volatile organic compounds (VOC), so you can enjoy the cleanest and freshest indoor air. This filter can be vacuumed to remove the accumulated dirt but once the odor-removal capability fades, a replacement carbon filter should be used.
