• You can return the product within 30 days for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are not covered.
• Hard Parts Warranty: 3-year coverage for defects in material or workmanship, limited to frame, plastics, struts, and brackets. Excludes painted surfaces, rust, or normal wear and tear.
• Soft Parts Warranty: Covers fabrics, patches, and decals but excludes wear from improper use or damage.

Vehicle Load Considerations: Before installing, check your vehicle's load rating in the owner’s manual. Ensure that the tent’s weight, plus any additional accessories, does not exceed the roof's on-road, off-road, or static load ratings.
