Hand-built in New Hampshire from premium firebrick, the Univex DOME39P brings authentic stone-hearth flavor and show-stopping style to any pizza program. Its unique pentagonal chamber maximizes floor space, while heavy insulation keeps the exterior cool, even at peak temperatures.

Installation clearances
