Hand-built in New Hampshire of genuine firebrick, the Univex Rotante47 brings authentic old-world bake quality to a modern, electronically-controlled gas oven. Its rotating 39.4″ stone deck delivers even, hands-off baking while the oven’s heavy insulation keeps the exterior cool enough to touch, even at peak temperature.
