A thick blanket of insulation surrounds a handmade firebrick dome, locking in heat so efficiently that the exterior remains cool to the touch, even when the chamber is roaring at pizza-perfect temperatures. Whether you operate a bustling pizzeria, brewpub, or hotel kitchen, this 51 ¼ ” diameter workhorse keeps the pies (and profits) flying.
