Hand-built in Italy for the most demanding pizzerias, the Univex DOME55S delivers authentic, wood-fired taste with the speed and control of gas. A massive 55 ⅛" (140 cm) diameter cooking chamber and thick firebrick floor hold heat for hours, while heavy insulation keeps the exterior cool to the touch—even when you’re running at peak temperature.

Installation & Clearance Requirements
• Maintain 6" (15 cm) clearance from combustibles on all sides and 16" (41 cm) above.
• Mount on a non-combustible floor with 32" (81 cm) clearance around sides and 40" (102 cm) in front.
• Provide 31 in² (200 cm²) ventilation opening beneath the oven.
• Recommended: dedicated natural-draft flue; any powered exhaust should not exceed 200-300 CFM.*
• This unit ships on a pallet—forklift or pallet jack required for delivery.
