The Kingsman IDV24 24" Direct Vent Fireplace Insert is an excellent solution for upgrading an existing wood-burning fireplace with efficient propane gas heating. Featuring a 59% efficiency rating, a variable speed blower, dual burner system, and Proflame 2 intermittent pilot ignition, this fireplace insert delivers reliable warmth with enhanced control and convenience.

Designed to fit existing wood-burning fireplaces, the IDV24 features heavy-duty steel construction and ceramic heat-radiating glass for durability and an impressive view of the fire. The dual burner with glowing embers creates a realistic flame presentation, while the Proflame 2 remote control system provides convenient operation of flame height, fan speed, thermostat settings, and smart thermostat functions through local WiFi.

This direct vent insert uses a dual vent system with two 3-inch flexible liners—one for exhaust and one for outside combustion air—creating a fully sealed combustion system that helps maintain indoor air quality. The unit can be customized with optional liners, fronts, log sets, or glass media to match different installation styles.
