With an adjustable heating capacity from 300 to 1000 kW (1,000K to 3,400K BTU), it is capable of supporting heating systems for areas of up to approximately 95,000 sq ft, making it suitable for industrial buildings, agricultural facilities, and large residential or commercial applications that require consistent, powerful heating.

This boiler is engineered to burn wood chips and wood waste of various qualities, allowing flexibility in fuel sourcing while maintaining stable performance. An automatic fuel supply system reduces manual handling and supports continuous operation. The unit is constructed from high-strength boiler steel (ASTM A106) and features 2-inch thick thermal insulation with a durable powder-coated exterior, ensuring long-term durability and resistance in demanding operating environments.

For safety and efficiency, the BIO DUO 1000 integrates advanced protection systems, including thermal water protection and fuel line temperature monitoring, which help prevent ignition risks within the fuel feed system. Heat recovery is optimized to keep exhaust gas temperatures at or below 155 °C, contributing to strong energy utilization and an overall thermal efficiency of at least 86% at rated output.

Maintenance and servicing are simplified through a practical design that includes wide door openings for easy access to the top heat exchanger and front-mounted components for cleaning and ash removal. Integrated automation controls manage the fan, feeder, and pump operation, and the system can be connected to room thermostats or network modules for enhanced monitoring and control, making it a dependable solution for large-scale biomass heating needs.
