Engineered for industrial bakeries, pizzerias and commissaries, the Univex Silverline SL120 Series tackles up to 265 lb / 120 kg of finished dough, then automatically lifts and tilts the bowl for effortless discharge. Dual motors, two mixing speeds and a heavy-duty belt drive deliver consistent results batch after batch.
