All Kokomo grill hoods feature dual-wall construction, which helps the stainless steel maintain its finish and prevents fading over time, so your grill continues to look like new for years to come. Inside the grill, Kokomo includes commercial-grade, non-coated stainless steel cooking grids. These heavy-duty cooking grids are easy to clean and offer superior heat control compared to many other grill surfaces. They are also designed to be tighter and heavier than those found on similar brands, providing a more solid cooking experience. Every Kokomo grill also includes a warming rack, and behind it sits a powerful infrared back burner capable of reaching up to 1000°F in under 30 seconds.

Below the charcoal cooking briquettes, the grill is equipped with upgraded cast stainless steel burners, each delivering a strong 15,000 BTUs. To make startup simple and dependable, Kokomo adds its SureLight Ignition System, a reliable blow torch ignition system designed to light the grill on the first click. This grill can be installed as a built-in unit for a DIY outdoor kitchen project or paired with a compatible cart for more flexibility. It is designed with a 1-inch flange around the entire perimeter, helping conceal the cutout for a clean and professional drop-in finish.
