Katool Combo 12: Tire Changer KT-T835 & Wheel Balancer KT-B760
The Katool KT-T835 + KT-B760 Combo provides a complete wheel-service solution by combining a heavy-duty wheel-clamp tire changer with a precise and efficient wheel balancer. The KT-T835 tire changer is built with alloy-steel jaws that undergo a carburization process of 0.8–1.1 mm for added durability and strength. These jaws include protective covers to prevent rim damage. The stainless-steel mounting head is equipped with plastic rim protection, ensuring safe and smooth tire mounting and dismounting. This unit uses a pull-type pedal control system and a powerful 2.0 HP motor with pure copper winding for consistent torque and long-term reliability. It can handle wheels up to 41 inches in diameter and 15 inches in width, with a clamping capability of 13–26 inches (outside) and 14–28 inches (inside).
The KT-B760 wheel balancer complements the tire changer with high-accuracy wheel balancing. Its 3 mm-thick steel body provides a stable structure, while a reinforced welding design reduces vibration for improved sensor performance. The 36 mm quench-treated shaft ensures strength and long service life, and the machine’s control board is designed to be moisture-proof, dust-proof, and anti-static for dependable operation. The balancer works with rims up to 30 inches, wheel diameters up to 880 mm, wheel widths of 3–12 inches, and wheel weights up to 65 kg. It delivers a fast balancing cycle of approximately 7 seconds with an accuracy of ±1 gram.
