The KT-T830 tire changer is built with alloy-steel jaws that undergo a 0.8–1.1 mm carburization process and full quenching to ensure durability, strength, and long service life. It includes protective jaw covers and a polished stainless-steel mounting head with rim-safe plastic protection to prevent scratching or damage during tire mounting and demounting. Powered by a 2.0 HP pure-copper motor and operated with a pull-type pedal system, it accommodates wheels up to 41 inches in diameter and 15 inches in width, with an outside clamping range of 12–22 inches and an inside clamping range of 14–24 inches.

The KT-B700 wheel balancer complements the setup with precise and consistent balancing performance. Its structure includes a 3 mm-thick high-strength steel body with reinforced welding to ensure stability and reduce vibration throughout operation. A quench-treated 36 mm shaft provides long-term durability, while the equipment's internal support system—featuring 8 mm-thick bottom and side plates—helps maintain accuracy. The balancer supports rims up to 30 inches, wheel heights up to 880 mm, wheel widths between 3–12 inches, and wheel weights up to 65 kg.
