The Tagwood BBQ Argentine Santa Maria Style Wood Fire & Charcoal Gaucho Grill (BBQ02SI) is a premium outdoor grilling system designed for authentic Argentine-style live-fire cooking. Built with a durable cold-rolled steel body and 304 stainless steel cooking components, this grill is made to handle both wood and charcoal fires. Its Santa Maria elevation system and clamp (asador) setup allow precise control over cooking height, giving you flexibility to sear, slow cook, or smoke with confidence.

Offering a generous 1,700 sq. in. total cooking area, the grill features multiple cooking zones, including a main grill grate, secondary grate, swivel grill, clamp grill, warming rack, and griddle. A firebrick-lined firebox promotes even heat distribution and efficient fire management, while practical additions such as side tables, front and rear doors, a protective roof, and a built-in bottle opener enhance usability and convenience during outdoor cooking sessions.

	Height Adjustable Grates: this feature gives you the possibility to adjust the height of the grates to control the cooking temperature. Use the wheel to move the main grates up or down, depending on what you need (closer to the coals = more heat to sear | away from coal = less heat for slow cooking).
	The Firebox or Brasero allows you to light up the wood or charcoal more quickly and with less effort. It maintains the fire lit and away from the food. You can use firewood, charcoal, or a combination of the two, based on your preference. We recommend using lump charcoal and firewood. Once the coals are ready, they will simply fall under.
	Firebricks: To help transmit less heat to the outside panels, but also spread the heat evenly throughout the grill. It is also a must-have because it extends the life of the charcoal grill.
	6 Different Cooking Areas: a main grate, a swivel secondary grate and griddle, and 16 S-shaped meat hooks for roasting or smoking your favorite food. Made of 304 stainless steel it really gives you the possibility to show your grilling skills, height-adjustable clamp grill or ASADOR so you can control the temperature and a warming rack to always keep your food at the right temperature.
