Amaircare 4000 VOC Replacement Filters

The Amaircare 4000 VOC Replacement Filters are designed for the 4000 VOC unit with the newer body style. If your unit has the older body style, the source recommends using moulded filters from the Amaircare 3000 Replacement Filters range instead.

Stage 1 foam prefilters and Stage 3 carbon filters are sold together in annual kits, while the Stage 2 HEPA filter is sold separately. Five interchangeable annual kit options are available: Standard, VOC Plus, Formaldezorb, Ultra VOC, and Ultra Formaldezorb, allowing the filtration configuration to be selected according to the desired application.

The Standard kit is designed for particulate and light odors, while VOC Plus and Formaldezorb kits provide filtration for VOCs, chemicals, and formaldehyde. Ultra VOC and Ultra Formaldezorb kits use 30 lb carbon canisters and cannot be used with a HEPA filter. The HEPA filter is recommended for replacement every 3–5 years.

How Amaircare sells the 4000 VOC Replacement Filters

• The stage 1 (pre filter) and stage 3 (carbon filter) are only sold in combination in Annual kits. See change recommendations below.
• The stage 2 (HEPA filter) is sold separately.  Recommended change is every 3-5 years.

There are 5 different Annual filter kits to choose from for 5 different needs. The filter kits are interchangeable so any of the kits will work with your unit regardless of which one you have now. Unless you choose an ultra kit which is a 30lb carbon and cannot be used with a hepa. 

Standard Kit: Particulate and light odors Focus
