The Amaircare Airwash MultiPRO BOSS is a heavy-duty, portable industrial air scrubber designed for large spaces and demanding air-quality applications. With variable airflow from 250 to 1,800 CFM and coverage rated up to 6,750 sq. ft. at 8-foot ceilings and 2 air exchanges per hour for VOC applications, it is suited for warehouses, manufacturing areas, printing facilities, welding shops, remodeling environments, and other spaces requiring high-volume air filtration.

Its dual three-stage filter chambers provide multiple filtration options for particulate, odors, fumes, gases, chemicals, and VOCs. The standard configuration includes two HEPA filters, two foam prefilters, two carbon blankets, and a media pad prefilter, while optional 7 lb. and 30 lb. carbon canister configurations provide additional VOC and chemical filtration. The 30 lb. carbon configurations replace the HEPA filters and therefore cannot be used with HEPA filtration.

Built for mobility and continuous professional use, the MultiPRO BOSS features tool-less filter access, a variable-speed control, Perfect Seal Easy-Twist filter canisters, durable powder-coated steel construction, and sturdy casters. Its 12-inch intake and outflow connections also support source-capture applications when used with the appropriate additional flange.

FILTER MAINTENANCE

• Prefilters:
  • media pad - plan on 4-12 weeks regular use,  3-4 weeks for heavy particulate. 1-2 weeks for heavy drywall work
  • pleated merv 8 - 2-3 months for heavy particulate, 4-6 months otherwise
• Clean regularly and as needed
• Change schedule dependent on situation.
• HEPA Filters:
• Change both every 3-5 years in normal usage
• Carbon Filters:
• inner carbon blanket - Change both every 6 months
• media pad - Change every 3-6 months under normal use
