The Austin Air HealthMate Replacement Filter is a complete replacement filter set for the standard-size HealthMate HM400 air purifier. The set includes the large- and medium-particle pre-filters, HEPA filter, and activated carbon filtration needed to restore the HealthMate's 4-stage air purification system.

The filtration system begins with a large-particle pre-filter for dust, hair, and pet dander, followed by a medium-particle pre-filter for mold spores and pollen. The third stage contains over 780 cubic inches of activated carbon and zeolite to reduce chemicals, gases, and odors.

The fourth stage uses 60 sq. ft. of True Medical Grade HEPA filtration, rated to remove 99.97% of particles larger than 0.3 microns. The filter is designed to last up to five years under normal residential use.

This is a standard-size replacement filter and does not fit the smaller HealthMate Junior HM200 units. Standard-size Austin Air filters are interchangeable with standard-size Austin Air purifiers.
