The Meadow Creek PR72GT 72" Gas Pig Roaster and Trailer is designed for caterers, event organizers, and outdoor cooking enthusiasts who need large-capacity roasting performance with the convenience of propane gas operation and trailer mobility. Built with durable welded steel construction, this cooker is suitable for preparing whole pigs, poultry, ribs, and large barbecue meals for festivals, catering events, and outdoor gatherings.

Powered by a propane gas burner system, the PR72GT delivers consistent heat control while reducing the need for charcoal management. Its spacious cooking chamber accommodates large quantities of food, making it ideal for serving larger crowds at commercial events, parties, and outdoor cooking functions.

The cooking grate is made from rust-free food-grade T304 stainless steel rod for long-lasting durability and easier cleanup after cooking. Additional conveniences such as removable doors, stay-cool handles, a drain valve, and a stainless steel calibratable thermometer help improve usability and cooking efficiency throughout the roasting process.

Mounted on a trailer for convenient transport, the PR72GT is designed for mobile cooking operations and outdoor event use.
