The Meadow Creek SQ36 Offset Smoker is designed for backyard barbecue enthusiasts who want a durable offset smoker with dependable heat control and versatile cooking performance. Built with welded steel construction and a side firebox design, this smoker uses indirect heat from wood or charcoal to deliver traditional offset smoking results.

The SQ36 features a rust-free food-grade T304 stainless steel cooking grate that can hold 5–6 pork butts or 2 whole briskets on the standard grate setup. An optional second-tier grate expands the cooking capacity, while the optional grill pan converts the smoker into a direct-heat grill for burgers, steaks, and other high-heat cooking applications.

Its smoke distribution system helps maintain consistent temperatures throughout the cooking chamber, while top and bottom vents provide adjustable airflow control for temperature management. The sliding ash pan and easy-access firebox make cleanup and fire maintenance more convenient during long smoking sessions.

Constructed with 13-gauge welded steel and a 1/4" plate steel firebox, the SQ36 is built for long-term outdoor cooking durability. Features such as stay-cool handles, a stainless steel calibratable thermometer, and a ball valve drain add convenience and functionality for backyard smoking and grilling.
