The 7‑Shelf Freeze Dryer with Standard Pump is a versatile and reliable solution for freeze‑drying herbs, leafy greens, yogurt drops, sweets, or other low‑moisture foods. It can process up to 18 lb of fresh food per batch (with an ice capacity of 12 lb), using seven stainless‑steel trays (each 8″ × 20″ × 0.75″) — giving ample tray space for batch after batch.

It features a patented smart freeze‑drying algorithm, RTD temperature sensors for precise drying control, a motorized ball‑valve to prevent oil contamination, and a solid‑state relay heater system — all built with stainless‑steel and aluminum for durability. It also offers a wide shelf temperature range from –50 °F to 150 °F, and a shelf spacing of 1.2 in, giving flexibility depending on what you’re drying.

Included with the unit is a standard vacuum pump (7.2 CFM), plus useful extras: an oil filter, an impulse sealer, mylar storage bags, oxygen absorber packs, and a silicone mesh pack — so you’re ready to freeze‑dry and store food right away.
