The Freeze Dryer with Commercial Pump delivers dependable food preservation with a capacity of 12–18 lb fresh food per batch (up to ~ 3,600 lb per year) and a total tray space of 800 sq in — enough for herbs, fruits, vegetables, meals, or pet food.

It uses a patented smart freeze‑drying algorithm paired with RTD temperature sensors, a motorized ball‑valve to prevent oil contamination, stainless steel/aluminum construction, and a solid‑state relay heater system, giving you durable, stable, and precise freeze‑drying.

Each unit includes a commercial vacuum pump (7.2 CFM, 55 lb), plus extras: an oil filter, impulse sealer, 50 mylar bags, 50 oxygen absorbers, and a silicone mesh pack — everything needed to start freeze‑drying and storing food immediately.

With its balance of capacity, build quality, and included accessories, this freeze dryer is ideal for gardeners, homesteaders, small‑batch producers, or anyone serious about long‑term food preservation.
