The Tagwood BBQ Santa Maria Argentine Wood Fire & Charcoal Gaucho Grill Built-In (BBQ05SS) is a premium built-in grilling solution designed for outdoor kitchens and custom installations. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, this grill combines durability with authentic Argentine-style open-fire cooking performance. It features a height-adjustable main grate and an interchangeable griddle, offering three distinct cooking zones including the main grate, griddle surface, and S-shape meat hooks for versatile grilling, roasting, and smoking. The integrated firebox with firebrick lining helps distribute heat evenly while protecting the exterior structure, delivering consistent results and extending the grill’s lifespan.

With a total grilling area of approximately 557–561 square inches and a main grate measuring about 33.75” x 16.5”, this built-in grill provides ample space for cooking a variety of foods. The Santa Maria style elevation system comes standard with a right-side wheel for easy control over cooking height and heat intensity, while a frontal elevation wheel option is available for even greater flexibility. The grill also includes a shovel, poker with wall bracket, S-shape and extended S-shape meat hooks, and a drain system for convenience during long grilling sessions.

Features

	Height Adjustable Grates. This feature gives you the possibility to adjust the height of the grates to control the cooking temperature. Use the wheel to move the main grates up or down depending on what you need (closer to the coals = more heat to sear | away from coal = less heat for slow cooking). It is a feature that you will find in many South American barbecues because it allows you to really master the grill.
	The Firebox or Brasero allows you to light up the charcoal quicker and with less effort. It maintains the fire lit and away from the food. You can use wood charcoal, briquettes, or wood based on your preference. We recommend using lump charcoal and firewood. Once coals are ready, they will simply fall under. An easy and practical way to light up the fire and grill like a gaucho.
	Firebricks help transmit less heat to the outside panels but also spreads the heat evenly throughout the grill. This feature is well known in the Argentine grill. It is also a must-have because it extends the life of the charcoal grill

Warranty

Tagwood BBQ warrants these products for a period of (5) years against deficiencies in material and/or manufacture defects, from the date of issuance of the purchase invoice.
