Hand-crafted in Italy and engineered by Univex for North-American kitchens, the DOME55R brings authentic stone-hearth performance to high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, hotels and resorts. Its 55 ⅛" round firebrick chamber delivers rapid recovery, even heat distribution and the unmistakable flavor that only a true masonry oven can provide—all while staying cool to the touch on the outside.
