Our handling times are 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) with a cut-off time of 2pm EST Monday to Friday, any order after this time will be handled the next business day. Your order will take 4 to 7 business days for transit, which will be done through Free Economy Shipping. We ship exclusively within the U.S. We do not support international deliveries.
The majority of our orders are delivered via third-party large freight carriers. If any part of your order uses this method, we'll reach out to arrange a curbside delivery slot. Ensure your phone number is accurate during checkout.

All sales are final. Returns and refunds for Liberator Rocket Heaters are generally not accepted, except in cases of valid warranty claims. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if a return is approved.
For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, a replacement will be offered. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and a possible restocking fee.
