The Meadow Creek PR60T 60" Pig Roaster Smoker and Trailer is designed for caterers, event organizers, and outdoor cooking enthusiasts who need versatile roasting and smoking performance with the convenience of a trailer-mounted setup. Built with durable welded steel construction, this cooker is suitable for preparing whole pigs, poultry, ribs, pork butts, and other barbecue favorites for gatherings, catering events, and outdoor cooking functions.

Designed as a multi-purpose outdoor cooker, the PR60T functions as both a pig roaster and a smoker, providing flexibility for a variety of cooking styles. Its spacious cooking chamber offers expanded cooking capacity, making it suitable for backyard parties, festivals, community events, and catering operations.

The PR60T features a slide-out charcoal pan for easier fuel management and cleanup during long cooking sessions. Its cooking grate is made from rust-free food-grade T304 stainless steel rod for durability and easier maintenance, while the stainless steel calibratable thermometer helps monitor cooking temperatures throughout the roasting or smoking process.

Mounted on a trailer for convenient transportation, the PR60T is designed for mobile outdoor cooking applications. Additional conveniences such as removable doors, stay-cool handles, a drain valve, and black heat-resistant painted steel construction help provide dependable long-term performance for outdoor cooking events and catering services.

  • Grill body is made of 13-gauge welded steel and painted with black heat-resistant paint in an attractive matte finish.
  • Trailer components are mounted directly to the roaster body for efficiency and weight savings. PR trailers feature a 2” ball hitch and safety chains, heavy-duty wheel jack, rubber torsion axles, road tires, and DOT-compliant flush-mount LED lights, reflector strips, and VIN plate. We are a licensed trailer manufacturer and can provide a certificate of origin for trailer models.
