The Meadow Creek PR72T 72" Pig Roaster Smoker and Trailer is designed for caterers, event organizers, and outdoor cooking enthusiasts who need large-capacity roasting and smoking performance with the convenience of a trailer-mounted setup. Built with durable welded steel construction, this cooker is suitable for preparing whole pigs, poultry, ribs, pork butts, and other barbecue favorites for large gatherings and catering events.

Designed as a multi-purpose cooker, the PR72T functions as both a pig roaster and a smoker, providing flexibility for a variety of outdoor cooking styles. Its spacious cooking chamber offers expanded cooking capacity, making it suitable for festivals, parties, commercial events, and large backyard barbecue gatherings.

The PR72T features a slide-out charcoal pan for easier fuel management and cleanup during extended cooking sessions. Its cooking grate is made from rust-free food-grade T304 stainless steel rod for long-lasting durability and easy maintenance, while the built-in stainless steel thermometer helps monitor cooking temperatures throughout the roasting or smoking process.

Mounted on a trailer for convenient transport, the PR72T is built for mobile outdoor cooking applications. Additional conveniences such as removable doors, stay-cool handles, a drain valve, and black heat-resistant painted steel construction make this cooker suitable for dependable long-term use at events, catering operations, and outdoor cooking functions.

PR trailers feature a 2” ball hitch and safety chains, heavy-duty wheel jack, rubber torsion axles, road tires, and DOT-compliant flush-mount LED lights, reflector strips, and VIN plate. We are a licensed trailer manufacturer and can provide a certificate of origin for trailer models.
